    Admission requirements for nursing graduates:Applications are made through the College of Graduate and Professional Studies.     Online Experience:ISU uses Blackboard as its Online Learning Management System (LMS) and offers most courses asynchronously. If a live collaborative session, conference call, or other synchronous meeting is required, students will be notified in advance. Courses are taught in semesters and have specific dates and deadlines for assignments. The Blackboard platform includes announcement pages, syllabi, learning modules, necessary links to the online library and other resources, access to discussion forums, and access to assignments and quizzes. Students also have access to services such as admissions counseling, college counseling, faculty help, an online bookstore, career advice, and 24-hour technical support.

    Non-local requirements:There are no prerequisites for FNP programs. All courses are online and internships are completed on-site with the student.

    Payment for Indiana State University FNP online programs

    Indiana State University charges $432 per credit plus fees for Indiana residents and $562 per credit plus fees for nonresidents. Prospective students should contact the College of Health and Human Services for current tuition and fees, as they may change from year to year.

    Indiana State University FNP students may be eligible for federal unsubsidized graduate student loans under the FAFSA. According to the ISU, certificate programs are not eligible for federal student loans. FNP students can also search online for private loans and outside scholarships and grants.
